Teledyne Reynolds leads the connector industry worldwide in the design of high voltage connectors and cable assemblies rated for use at voltages from 5 kV DC to 50 kV DC* at altitudes of 70,000 feet (21.34 km) and above, while exposed to temperatures as low as -55°C and up to 125°C. While not all connector designs offered by us in this website are designed to operate at those extremes, all will perform with a high degree of reliability when operated as specified.

PEEWEETM SERIES - Compact
The PeeWee Series is one of a family of subminiature, high voltage connectors for use in applications where dense electronic packaging is required. The PeeWee Series uses the Teledyne Reynolds' patented Advanced Interface Sealing SystemTM. This is a unique method of sealing the high voltage interface at reduced atmospheric pressure to enable the series to be rated at 12 kVDC at 70,000 ft with a temperature range of -55° to 125°C.
By using PeeWee connectors, it is possible to package or re-package a high voltage power supply into multiple modules which can be easily and reliably mated and un-mated with one another. This packaging technique permits the pre-testing of individual modules as they are being manufactured and the ability to replace modules or perform routine maintenance in the field, when necessary.

7 SERIES - Standard
The "7" Series high reliability, high voltage cable assemblies and receptacles are similar to the C Series in that they are also intermateable with various LGH™ interfaces. The primary differences to the C Series are:
Operating temperature range of -55° to 125°C due to incorporation of annular sealing rings on the plug insulator
Plugs can be ordered as kits that can be terminated to wire by the customer
Either silicone rubber or silicone coated FEP wire can be used with the plug bag assemblies
Fluorosilicone rubber insulators are available for applications where Coolanol® or other fluids that cause silicone rubber to swell may exist
Plastic bodies are used in the plug design to captivate the coupling nut and prevent tearing of silicone insulators from over-torquing during mating.

C SERIES - Standard
"C" Series high voltage cable assemblies and receptacles are widely used in electronic countermeasure (ECM) systems, ground and airborne power supplies, radar and almost any application where high voltage components need to be interconnected reliably. The C Series assemblies are intermateable with various LGH™ interfaces.
The plug end is moulded onto the desired length of silicone cable and can be ordered as single-ended, double-ended cable assemblies with or without shielding.
